Advances in cameras, software and printing make digital photography a great cost effective option to having your wedding photographed. It is perhaps the most valued choice. Pictures are taken with a digital camera in color and can be kept or converted to black and white and back to color with a few keystrokes on a computer.

A Nikon professional camera and an assortment of lenses are used and give you a quality image, wonderfully clear and rich in tones and color. Mr. Lovewell photographs regularly . You can see many of his current images in the Vineyard Gazette, both on paper and at their Vineyard Gazette web site.

There is no reason why you can’t have the same high quality imagery with your wedding or special event that goes into Mr. Lovewell’s publishing or exhibition quality prints.

Pricing is simple and applies to anywhere on the Vineyard.

Rate:
$250 for the first hour of shooting.
$100 for each additional hour.

All photographs are transferred onto a CD or a DVD. Which means you can take the disk and have the pictures rendered as prints in any manner you chose. The photographs are formatted and numbered in several digital sizes so they can be easily reviewed on a computer, easy to email them, or if you are want have them printed at a computer lab.

Photographs can at the customer’s request be posted at Mr. Lovewell’s Internet store so friends and members of your family can review and order their own copies right on the Internet. There is a privacy option too. The pictures can be open to anyone or they can be password protected (that is your decision); you decide who has access to the photographs.

Terms

A nonrefundable deposit of $200, which will be applied to the cost of the wedding, is required to reserve the wedding date. Mr. Lovewell will only do one wedding a weekend, so you have the most flexibility and get the best of his time. A discussion about the amount of time needed to photograph the wedding must be worked out at least a week prior to the event. All fees are due at the completion of the wedding reception.
